I am impressed by the team play of Nico and Michèle, even across many miles. A fabulous synergy of these two skills!
The communication went smoothly, reliably and on time. My statements were rather vague at the beginning but Nico understood and passed them over to Michèle precisely, who was able to create an even better and more appropriate layout and design than I expected. My critique of the drafts was received positively and my concerns regarded – finally they came up with a proposal which exceeded all my expectations!
